	Our standard operative procedures (S. O. P. s) surpass the standards laid down by Directorate General of Health Sciences (Govt. of India) and World Health Organization.
	Blood grouping of all donors as well as patients undertaken by red cell typing and serum typing (forward and reverse grouping).
	Compatibility tests incorporate the use of bovine albumin and Coombs' serum. This ensures longer post-transfusion viability of transfused red cells.
	Use of a refrigerated centrifuge that can be pre-programmed ensures that all blood components are of equal (superior) quality.
	With the use of "Plasma Quick Freezer" the freezing of "Fresh Frozen Plasma" is achieved in much shorter time than the standard "within six hours after blood collection". This ensures concentration of "labile coagulation factors" (Factors V, VII and VIII) much higher than those laid down by any pharmacopoeia.
	Clear instruction to patients' relatives regarding transport of blood and components ensures no decline in quality when these reach patients bedside.
