Give the correct Blood Bag Number after consulting the donor register. Write this number on the Blood Donor Form. Also write the individualized serial number (found on the tubing's of the Blood Collection Bags) on the donor form. Check the anticoagulant solution in the Bag for particulate matter, evidence of deterioration or any other cause for rejecting the bag. Take only well-scrutinized bags for blood collection. Prepare 'pilot tubes' by labeling them with the same number as is given to the Blood Bag.
